The demons of Demon Land are facing a deadly disease known as Vesperine, forcing many of them to flee into the human world through the Rainbow Honmoon. While most demons are attempting to live peacefully among humans, several incidents have increased public fear and created growing tensions between the two groups. As more demons seek refuge and a faction calls for open confrontation, humans and demons must determine how to coexist while protecting both societies. Delegates will need to address questions of refugee protection, public safety, government policy, and the social and economic effects of integrating demons into human communities.
